A government authority in Austin, Texas is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architecture and engineering services for an upcoming project. The selected vendor will deliver professional services encompassing all phases, including Pre-Design, Design (encompassing Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents), Bidding, Construction Administration, and Project Closeout.

Responsibilities will include actively participating in all relevant meetings with the agency, state agencies, local utility providers, and other municipal departments. The vendor is expected to conduct detailed on-site investigations, review and validate existing documentation and conditions, and prepare lists of necessary surveys, testing, and inspections.
