Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Provide the necessary services for the design and master planning.– Participation in program development and refinement of existing programming.– Schematic and design development, including compliance requirements for all state and local building codes.– Cost estimating of project during pre–construction at milestone schedule dates.– Assist with the development of advertisements and schedules.– Architect and their consultants shall provide at the completion of the project a PDF disk of the as–built drawings and specifications for school district records. A pre–bid meeting will be held on March 17,2026. The contract period will be for five years.
