(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Bristol, CT.– Review of existing documentation / reports / plans / budget / meeting minutes/ etc.– Visual inspection to confirm existing site conditions.– Project schedule indicating design, bidding, and construction schedule – Areas of concern associated with schedule, budget, and/or project objectives, along with recommendations to mitigate the above potential issues– Coordinate constructability, feasibility and cost estimating during all phases of the design.– Evaluate value engineering considerations, potential substitutions and other potentially cost saving alternatives.– Prepare construction documents suitable for competitive public bidding.– Construction documents shall include plans (project drawings) and specifications (project manual). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2026.
