(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural–engineering design services to the government authority located in Greenville, SC.– Provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the improvement of approximately 400 linear feet.– Preference is to remove the vehicular connection with main street while maintaining the turn around and one way traffic to and from falls street.– Parking in the middle of court street would be replaced with an outdoor venue that could host the Saturday morning market, outdoor dining, or other outdoor events.– The new venue location with special sidewalk pavement, raised crosswalks, lighting, furnishings, street trees, ground covers, and other landscape accents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026.
