(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural, engineering, and related services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.– County engineering and public works.– County regional forensic centre.– Renovations to the summer place building including structural stabilization, tenant improvements, and water intrusion remediation.– Renovation of the county fitness centre at the city county building.– Exterior improvements at three ridges golf course.– Lonsdale Park improvements including partial demo of existing school, new park, pavilion, restroom, and parking.– Architectural services.– Engineering services– structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical design.– Construction materials testing, services, and inspection.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
