(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural, engineering and consulting services including design, bidding, and construction phases of terminals and site work, runway extensions, runway safety areas, runway overlays, taxiways, aircraft aprons, airfield lighting, instrument landing systems, hangars, and other projects to the government authority located in South Carolina. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026.
