A government authority in Fontana, California is seeking an experienced vendor to provide comprehensive architectural design services for the renovation of a warm shell building to house a full-service Fleet Maintenance Facility. The scope includes developing drywall, framing, and interior construction plans for office spaces, a conference room, lobby, lunchroom, restrooms, and shop areas.
The consultant will deliver services encompassing design, engineering, technical specifications, and necessary coordination with regulatory agencies.
