A California government authority is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive architectural design and construction administration services. The selected firm will conduct a thorough assessment of current site and building conditions, identifying both constraints and opportunities, and will collaborate with City staff to establish a detailed space program based on functional and operational requirements.

The scope of work includes the development of conceptual and schematic design alternatives, complete with floor plans, elevations, and illustrative renderings. Designs must comply with all applicable building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements.
