(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design services to the government authority located in California.– Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing site and building conditions, including constraints and opportunities.– Collaborate with City staff to develop and finalize a detailed space program reflecting functional and operational needs.– Develop conceptual and schematic design alternatives, including floor plans, elevations, and illustrative renderings, to convey the proposed design approach.– Present design concepts to City staff and incorporate feedback into refined design solutions.– Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements.– Establish project schedule, communication protocols and coordination procedures.– Provide construction administration services for a construction duration of up to six (6) months.– Conduct site visits at appropriate intervals during construction to observe progress and conformance with design intent.– Review and respond to contractor submittals (e.g., shop drawings, product specifications) and requests for information (RFIs).– Participate in construction meetings (in person or virtual) as reasonably required.– Assist in resolving construction–related issues in a timely manner.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 17, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
