Provide professional design and limited construction administration services for a new community multi-purpose facility and evacuation shelter in the town. Project will include retrofitting, hardening, and elevating structures and critical facilities mitigation activity. Professional architectural and engineering design and limited construction administration services for a single-story multi-purpose facility and emergency shelter approximately 16,000 square feet. All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 30, 2026.
