A government authority in Franklin, TN is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive architectural design services for upcoming projects. The scope of work includes the development of both preliminary and final design plans and specifications, as well as the preparation of bid packets and bid tabulations.

The selected firm will answer contractor questions, prepare addenda during the bidding phase, coordinate services with related projects to avoid redundancy, and manage utility coordination. Additional responsibilities include conducting pre-bid and preconstruction meetings, performing field testing and interim/final inspections, making regular on-site visits during construction, carrying out punch list inspections, and granting final project approvals.
