(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design services to the government authority located in Collinsville, CT. – Provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the current condition evaluation, preparation of complete drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates. – Provide agency with expertise in performing other functions, such as the preparation of all submissions required. – Respondent must have sufficient staff to assure prompt delivery of services and completion of assigned tasks. – Project will be developed in conformance requirements for school construction grants. – Design and associated tasks for repair or removal and complete replacement of existing roofing systems including deck repairs, perimeter facia, gutter systems, abatement of hazardous materials – Review plans available for the facilities. – Based on all data collected applicable laws rules, and regulations, design criteria and acceptable architectural and engineering practices, roof repair or replacement alternatives shall be proposed and analysed, considering cost analysis and comparison for construction, life cycle costs, permitting requirements, and other factors. (2) Pre–bid mandatory walk will be held on December 16, 2025.
