The government authority located in Leland, North Carolina seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive architectural design, civil engineering, surveying, inspection, and geo-technical services for various public improvement projects. Responsibilities include preparation of design plans and specifications for infrastructure projects such as streets, utilities, stormwater systems, bicycle and pedestrian pathways, sidewalks, crosswalks, curb ramps, parks, new facility design, and renovations or redesigns of existing facilities.

Additional requirements involve administration of project advertising, bidding, and construction processes, as well as construction observation and inspection services. The selected vendor will also deliver environmental engineering, geotechnical consulting, and resiliency assessments, including preparation of engineering and construction cost estimates. Services further include generation of GIS maps, field data collection for asset mapping, and development or review of mapping and modeling scenarios. Surveying, mapping, and modeling studies are to be provided as needed.
