(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design and project management services for the tenant improvement build–out of a new community health center to the government authority located in Missouri. • Concrete floor slab • Demising walls to structure • Electrical service panels • Geothermal supply and return loop for HVAC • Separately metered hot and cold water supply • Sanitary sewer connections • Operational elevators • Completed exterior building envelope • Fire sprinkler mains per code (Tenant responsible for distribution) – Architectural Design Services. The firm shall provide full architectural design services, including but not limited to: • Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents for all tenant improvement spaces • Coordination with KC CARE, contractors, and consultants (structural, MEP, interiors, etc.) • Selection of finishes, materials, and equipment consistent with the Tenant Improvement Narrative and applicable healthcare guidelines • Compliance with building codes, accessibility standards (ADA), fire/life safety regulations, and federal, state, and local requirements • Preparation of permit–ready drawings and specifications (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2026.
