(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design and construction administration services to the government authority located in Bristol, RI. – Design services building–related design services including comprehensive interior and exterior building design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air quality, ADA accessibility, space planning and programming, life safety, security, acoustical design, infrastructure systems, fire safety, protection and electronic, communications systems. – Construction phase services on–site construction quality assurance and construction management, preparing field reports, conduct on–site coordination with the agency project manager, preparing and recommending on contract change orders, review invoice payments to contractors, and responding to requests for information from contractors. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 3,2025.
