A government authority in Bristol, RI is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive architectural design and construction administration services for future building projects. The selected vendor will deliver both interior and exterior building design solutions, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air quality, ADA accessibility, space planning and programming, life safety, security, acoustical design, infrastructure systems, fire safety and protection, as well as electronic and communications systems.

During the construction phase, the firm will be responsible for on-site construction quality assurance, construction management, preparing field reports, conducting on-site project coordination with the agency's project manager, handling and recommending contract change orders, reviewing contractor invoice payments, and responding to contractor information requests.
