A government authority in San Diego, California is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architectural consulting services. The scope includes full-service architectural design, landscape architecture, and interior design, as well as civil engineering support covering site design, grading, storm drainage/SWPP, airfield geometry, and utility design. Structural engineering tasks will involve building structure analysis, seismic evaluations, and structural modifications.
Additional responsibilities include mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and fire protection services, aviation and specialty systems integration, and information and communication technology (ICT) design. The project also covers sustainability, commissioning, asset management, program management, project controls, and regulatory, permitting, and code compliance.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 30, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by May 6, 2026. The contract period is three years.
