The government authority located in Suffolk, Virginia is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services. The scope includes design services for renovations and/or additions to existing schools and buildings. Tasks may involve site evaluations, analysis, recommendations, preparation of cost and time estimates, as well as the creation of reports, schematic, preliminary, or final designs. Additional services include feasibility studies, field inspections, on-site investigations, and code compliance investigations.

Expertise is required in structural, electrical, civil, and mechanical engineering, along with acoustical consulting, sports field or track renovation, parking lot design, ADA requirements, and FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) design. Vendors will also need to provide complete contract documents for project designs and assist in preparing bidding documents for wired infrastructure such as fiber or cabling projects.

The contract period is for one year. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by March 19, 2026.
