(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services for law enforcement training academy replacement to the government authority located in Virginia Beach, VA.– Provide architectural and engineering services for the preparation of technical reports and studies and for project planning to include design documentation development and project– Concept development related to the law enforcement training academy replacement within the proposed municipal area.– To planning studies, analysis, testing, site investigations, inspections, reports, permitting, design, architecture, all engineering disciplines, preparation of construction documents, bidding and contract award recommendations, and construction administration. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 15, 2025. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 29, 2025.
