The government authority in Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services. The selected consultant will deliver services such as architectural design, interior design, building elevations and renderings, as well as conducting a topographical survey.

The project involves constructing a single-story facility on a 37-acre site, encompassing approximately 18,700 square feet. Key spaces will include administration offices, classrooms, a student lounge, reception area, a divisible assembly space, and a catering kitchen, with programming aligned to the conceptual design. Site amenities will feature parking, driveways, site lighting, and sidewalk connectivity to trade buildings developed in a separate project. All civil design work for both projects is encompassed within this scope.
