Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services for fire alarm upgrades and replacements at 27 school locations to the government authority located in Jersey City, NJ. a) Review all existing available information pertaining to the project, including any documents related to other ongoing upgrades within or impacting the project area. b) Evaluate the existing facility and conditions which may impact the work defined for this project. Verify dimensions and areas necessary for the project. Note that all information provided within this document is for convenience only and must be verified by the bidder prior to submission of proposals. c) Evaluate the impact on this project of any ongoing improvement projects within the project area that are being performed by others. Coordinate the work of this project with the work of other projects impacting the same work area and systems.
