A government authority in Peoria, Illinois is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the design and construction administration of new and renovated kitchen and laundry facilities. The project entails creating design solutions for a new kitchen of approximately 6,000 square feet and converting an existing 3,800 square foot kitchen area into a laundry facility. Services required include all architectural disciplines as well as structural, mechanical, civil, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, kitchen equipment coordination, and surveying.

The selected firm will be responsible for delivering schematic designs, design development, and construction documents at both 50% and 100% completion stages. Additionally, the firm will provide construction administration services, which include supporting the bidding process, updating and revising documents as necessary, attending coordination and owner meetings, and managing requests for information.
