(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Peoria, IL. – Comprehensive design for a +/–6000 square foot new kitchen and 3800 square foot conversion of the existing kitchen to laundry: including all structural, mechanical, civil, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, kitchen equipment and surveying.– Design Services shall consist of schematic design, design development, 50% construction documents and 100% construction documents.– Construction Administration shall consist of assistance during bidding, document updates / revisions, attendance to owner and coordination meetings, coordination of requests for information & responses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026.
