Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. Architectural and engineering (AE) services shall be implemented in one or more projects represented within the bond program. Prepare complete landscape construction documents, specifications, and details suitable for permitting, bidding, and construction. Detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and building systems. Preparation of complete architectural drawings and details. Site layout, grading, and drainage design. Utility design (water, sanitary sewer, stormwater). Erosion and sediment control. Pavement and site improvement design. Refinement of architectural design. Coordination with the Owner, design team, and reviewing agencies. Preparation of a traffic study scope and methodology. Identification of study area intersections and roadway segments. Confirmation of analysis years, peak periods, and performance criteria. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 03, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
