(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Oswego, NY. The general scope of work includes renovating approximately 3,500 SF of interior space within Rich Hall for the Center of Business Excellence and Transformation (CBET): Develop a dedicated, flexible space that supports preparing career-ready graduates through hands on business experiences while advancing agency 4040 priorities of workforce innovation, applied learning and community transformation. Create a simulation lab which is a dynamic, multidisciplinary space where students master the human side of business through high-impact scenario-based learning and will be the home of the Sales Lab, agency and consulting work, career mentors and enhanced collaborative workspaces. Simulation Lab: A flexible, tech-enabled environment for scenario-based learning including sales pitches, ethical dilemmas and leadership simulations. Key features include: Flexible modular furniture to accommodate a variety of simulation setups and collaborative configurations; Advanced AV equipment for live streaming, recording and playback to enhance real-time engagement and post-simulation analysis.
