The City of Nashua, NH is seeking a qualified firm to provide architectural and engineering services for a proposed library addition, renovation, and associated improvements. The selected firm will be responsible for working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and refine the building program and to create a design that is both functional and inspirational.

Services will include guiding the project through conceptual and design development phases. During conceptual design, the firm will help select a preferred option from alternatives developed during programming. This preferred option will move forward to the final design phase, where detailed plans addressing programmatic needs, site constraints, infrastructure requirements, adjacencies, and site circulation will be produced.

Additionally, the firm will be tasked with developing and coordinating building systems such as structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection. Preparation of comprehensive design development documents to resolve outstanding design issues will also be required.
