(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Nashua, NH. – Architectural and engineering services for a proposed Library addition and associated renovation and improvements. – The selected firm will be expected to work in a highly collaborative manner with stakeholders to develop and define a final building program and inspirational and functional design, help define a construction. – The conceptual design phase will narrow the options developed in the programming phase to one which will be carried forward to final design that will include development of specific plans that address the program requirements, adjacencies and proximities, site constraints, infrastructure needs, and site circulation recommendations. – Develop the structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and other systems to be used and coordinate these systems. – Preparation of Design Development Documents resolving remaining design issues. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 09, 2026.
