– Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in New Jersey. – Architectural and engineering firms to develop specifications and oversee bidding and construction activities for the boiler replacement. – Remove and replace the two existing boilers and related equipment with two new gas–fired boilers. – Determine presence of hazardous materials provide needed oversight services for any removal as required by regulations having jurisdiction. – Provide for all related equipment necessary for fully functioning gas boiler system. – Provide all new equipment with digital controls as per district standard systems. – Existing underground oil tanks at the location have been removed under a separate. – Consultant shall coordinate all design services of this contract with contract work being executed at the location by other vendors, to assure a smooth operation of the new gas–fuelled systems.
