(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.– Providing comprehensive architectural and engineering services including schematic design, design development, preparation construction documents, permitting support, bidding, bid evaluation, cost estimating, and construction administration.– Project will consist of approximately 4,000 sqft of office space and shall reflect a modern, professional, and accessible design that complies with all applicable codes, regulations, and ADA standards.– Develop schematic design, design development, and final construction documents.– IT, low–voltage and security integration structured cabling, wi–fi, AV systems, access control, and CCTV coordination.– Energy–efficient lighting design and soundproofing measures.
