A government authority in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for major building system upgrades and improvements.

The scope of work includes the design and coordination of a new fire sprinkler system, upgraded fire alarm system, replacement of all HVAC system equipment, installation of a new Building Management System (BMS), and electrical upgrades encompassing both capacity and distribution, including replacement of electric service from the street. Additional project components involve installation of a new emergency generator, hazardous material abatement, roof replacement (including the deck), window replacement, and various technology improvements.
