(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Architectural and Engineering Firms (A/E) with proven design excellence and with prior experience with K–12 school facilities.– Master Planning Services, including programming, phasing scenarios, design standards development, educational specification development, site analysis, feasibility studies, and prototyping development.– New construction and renovations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 15,2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026.
