(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Stamford, CT.– Develop pre–construction, design and construction support services including construction contract drawings and management.– Safe removal and storage of any unit–ventilators or other equipment which may obstruct the floor or subflooring replacement.– Document removal of the existing floors, millwork cabinets, partition walls and toilet fixtures. Repair and replacement of partitions, flooring, doors, millwork.– Prepare hazardous material scope of work, should any asbestos containing materials be present in existing floor materials.– Review shop drawings and submittals, including review and advising on substitution requests, for compliance with the contract documents and industry standards.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 26, 2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on December 18, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
