The government authority in Loveland, Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services. The scope of work includes conceptual design and programming, development of renderings, interior design services, schematic design (SD), as well as assistance with general contractor pre-qualification and selection.

The selected firm will be responsible for progressing the project through design development (DD), preparing construction documents (CD) with necessary specifications and permitting, and supplying independent cost estimating services. Additional required services include support with bidding and procurement, construction administration during the build phase, and project closeout.

The anticipated contract period is one year. Interested parties are advised that a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 19, 2025, and all questions regarding the project must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
