(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Loveland, CO.– conceptual design and programming.– renderings.– interior design services.– schematic design (SD).– assistance with general contractor pre–qualification selection.– design development (DD).– construction documents (CD) including specifications and permitting.– independent cost estimating services.– Bidding and procurement services.– Construction administration.– Project closeout.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 19, 2025.
