(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Austin, Texas.– Provide professional architectural and engineering services for the Project.– Services shall include but not be limited to pre–design, design (programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documents), bidding, construction administration, and closeout.– Detailed on–site investigations, review of existing documents, verify and validate existing conditions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 9, 2025.
