(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Michigan.– Provide comprehensive design and engineering, and construction–phase services for the development of a new Administration Building.– The design must incorporate secure, convenient, and accessible pedestrian connectivity between the two buildings. Solutions may include an enclosed walkway, tunnel, shared lobby elements, or other approaches that ensure seamless integration.– Review and validate prior programming completed by Eckert–Wordell, including space needs, adjacency diagrams, and functional program requirements.– Conduct site analysis addressing constraints, utilities, traffic patterns, and integration with the adjacent Parking Garage.– Provide detailed plans, elevations, sections, renderings, and 3D models as required.– Coordinate closely with County IT, security, and access–control teams to incorporate structured cabling, access control, surveillance, and digital infrastructure.– Incorporate sustainable design strategies, energy efficiency, resilience, and adaptability.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 4, 2025.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025.
