A government authority in Nevada is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to conduct a comprehensive facility space assessment and plan for an automated bus wash system. The selected consultant will evaluate current and future space requirements for employee amenities, including offices, break rooms, locker rooms, meeting and training rooms, restrooms, management planning spaces, and storage areas.

In addition to the facility assessment, the consultant will analyze space needs and develop options for an automated bus wash system that can accommodate both large and small fleet vehicles. The scope of work includes providing estimated costs for the bus wash system and any necessary facility renovations to support its installation. The consultant will also prepare a detailed analysis of water and sewer requirements for bus wash systems that use reclaimed water, and assess the environmental impact of each system.
