(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.– Purpose of constructing a new sales and mobility centre in an existing storefront lease space. – Sales and mobility centre space will operate like a public retail commercial space. – Demolition of interior walls and building systems – New front façade wall. – New interior partition walls. – Casework. – New restrooms. – HVAC. – Electrical. – IT design (include incorporating Cincinnati Metro branding). – Deliverables include preparing documents suitable for bidding and construction, including drawings and specifications. – Prepare and submit applicable documents for general building permit application and zoning approval. – Specific trade permits to be acquired by contractors performing the work, including electrical and plumbing permits. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 5, 2025.
