(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering service to the government authority located in Orlando, FL. – Provide a new classroom building and additions, as well as parking improvements, as determined during Program Verification to support increased student capacity. – The specified services shall include architectural and engineering services, as required. – It is preferable that the Design Professional has experience providing architectural design services. – Include any temporary facilities and classrooms required to support construction phasing. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025. (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on December 16, 2025.
