(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering related services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. – The project will collect or retain large material released by the slope face and therefore prevent future road closures. – Agency wishes to implement a solution that prevents or limits incidents of material entering the roadway and blocking traffic. • The contracted Services shall consist of the following: – A&E design services for slope stability measures and drainage improvements – Right–of–way services – Construction engineering support services (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 25, 2026. (3) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026.
