(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering professional services to the government authority located in Arlington, TX.– Project may consist of a water feature to reduce traffic noise and reflecting pool with mass planting areas and tree canopy through the space to create shade and outdoor rooms, framing a welcoming lawn area for gatherings and student engagement.– Includes a construction cost limitation for the architect and engineer which may include abatement of asbestos containing materials.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025.
