(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering design services to the government authority located in Gresham, OR. – Providing a wide range of academic transfer programs, career and technical education, workforce training, and community education opportunities. – Provided to establish a general understanding of the project requirements. – The actual scope of service will be finalized during fee and contract negotiations. – Schematic design development through construction documents phase. – Provide life–cycle cost analysis and other pertinent information as required for the owner to make critical decisions on major building systems. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 22, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026.
