(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering design services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.– The Agency is seeking architectural and engineering design services from a qualified vendor to modify and/or exchange the existing wet Fire Suppression System.• Inspection of existing conditions• Bi–Weekly (every two (2) weeks) progress meetings with the Owner during design• Attend and participate in construction pre–bid meetings• Answer submitted bidding questions as assigned by the Owner• Prepare construction Bid Sheet for Owner's use• Construction phase Project Management in coordination with the Owner• Provide assistance during system commissioning and acceptance testing• Fire Alarm Design Engineering: o Detection & control drawings o Detection & control specifications – Calculations o Equipment and material submittals • Sprinkler/Mist System Design Engineering: – Low–pressure mist system drawings – Calculations– Equipment and material submittals • Sequence of Operations Narrative: – Alarm logic– System shutdowns– Mist activation(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 11, 2025
