The scope of services includes reviewing the historic significance of each building and identifying any preservation requirements, as well as assessing current compliance with building codes and determining necessary upgrades. The consultant will also perform hazardous materials surveys, develop a prioritized list of recommended repairs and improvements, and prepare detailed cost estimates for all proposed work.
