(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and design services for water treatment plant expansion to the government authority located in Orleans, MA. • A building addition to allow for improved compressed air production and aeration services. • Expansion of the adjacent chemical room to allow for future large equipment and the possibility of tank replacements. • Compliance with current building codes. • Replacement and relocation of the generator (2) an optional but highly recommended Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
