(1) Vendor needs to provide architect engineer services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Priority that is given to blind vendors to operate cafeterias, snack bars, variety shops, news stand and convenience stores on federal and district properties. – Currently 36 facilities operated by licensed vendors and located on Federal and District properties. – architect or engineer services for the upgrading or renovation of several Randolph Sheppard facilities operating in federal and district properties. – Architectural and engineering services for interior design, construction documents and construction administration for modifications to existing space layout, interior design for facilities that will be identified within the next 3 to 6 months or when agencies fully re–open to their employees and customers.
