The government authority in Rapid, South Dakota seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architect and engineer services. Key responsibilities include leading project programming efforts, identifying preliminary site and building requirements, and determining necessary project infrastructure to meet program objectives.

Before construction begins, and in alignment with the CMAR, the architect/engineer will participate in pre-construction conferences and ongoing construction progress meetings. The contract will span one year, and questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 13, 2026.
