Vendor needs to provide architect and engineer professional planning and design services to the government authority located in Warrensburg, MO. – Programming verification and schematic design. – Design of site. – Pay application review including verification of prevailing wage. – Development of conceptual planning alternatives. – Assessment of feasibility, cost, phasing, and implementation strategies. – Review all owner–provided documentation, including lists of proposed improvements developed through separate project efforts. – Develop a verified and coordinated space program integrating all improvements. – Alternatives may include selective renovation, expansion, or phased implementation strategies. – Construction design services.
