The project involves implementing an ArcGIS enterprise cloud environment, covering the full lifecycle from planning and architecture to migration, deployment, ongoing operation, maintenance, and training. The selected vendor will be responsible for migrating all existing ArcGIS Online and related data to the new ArcGIS enterprise cloud instance. This will require a thorough assessment of current datasets, workflows, and information products to determine an optimal enterprise design, user experience, system architecture, and configuration.

The solution must seamlessly integrate with OneID and facilitate migration from the ArcGIS Online tool. The vendor will investigate and adapt current ArcGIS Online workflows to work efficiently in the new enterprise environment. Deployment includes the implementation of the preferred ArcGIS Enterprise deployment option to establish a production-ready environment.

Post-deployment, the vendor will provide ongoing system maintenance, 24/7 monitoring, proactive alerting, regular system backups, and troubleshooting support to ensure continual operation. The contract will be for a period of one year.
