ESRI is a large business and will be solicited for the purchase of ArcGIS Desktop software licenses in support of U.S. Army North Mission Operations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this commercially available requirement is 513210 – SW Publishers having a Small Business Administration's (SBA) size standard of $47M. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal.
