The city is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Application Programming Interface (API) integration services for multiple municipal systems, including the integration of Project Mates and Tyler MUNIS. The intended solution will enable seamless processing of pay applications (invoices) for capital projects, with possible integration of additional software systems with MUNIS as identified by the city.
The selected vendor will conduct structured discovery workshops involving stakeholders from IT, Finance, and Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) departments. Responsibilities include assessing the existing technical architectures of Project Mates and Tyler MUNIS, analyzing API documentation, and designing a secure, scalable API architecture. The vendor will develop the necessary middleware, perform thorough testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance), and deploy the solution into the production environment.
Deliverables will include a fully functional API integration, detailed test plans and results, technical and user documentation, and records of conducted training sessions for IT and business users. A minimum 90-day warranty period is required for the implemented integration. The contract will have a duration of three years. All questions regarding the project must be submitted by November 19, 2025.
