(1) Vendor needs to provide application programming interfaces (API) integration services for multiple city systems.– A contractor or vendor submits a pay application (invoice) for a capital project into the project Mates system. – includes a provision for the potential integration of additional software systems with MUNIS as identified by the City. – Conduct structured discovery workshops with stakeholders from IT, Finance, and Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) departments. – Assess existing architectures of project mates and Tyler MUNIS. – Perform a thorough analysis of the available API documentation for both systems. – Design a secure, scalable API architecture, including necessary middleware. – Develop the API middleware application or service for the project mates to MUNIS connection. – Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, UAT). – Deploy the solution into the production environment. – Fully functional and deployed API integration; test plan and test case results. – Provide detailed technical and user documentation for the project mates integration. – Conduct formal training sessions for IT and business users. – Provide a minimum 90–day warranty period for this specific integration. – Technical and User documentation; record of training sessions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
