(1) Vendor needs to provide unemployment insurance application maintenance, enhancements and innovations service. – The contractor shall provide ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and innovation for the UInteract solution for the agency. – The maintenance, enhancement, and innovation services shall include all services as are required to maintain and support the application, enhance/improve the system to keep up with industry standards, and innovative efforts to improve the application (including, additional microservices, additional cloud–centric architecture and the possible use of AI). – The contractor shall work to remediate vulnerabilities by fixing code as appropriate to the issue – The contractor shall comply with all applicable Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provisions regarding system accessibility. – The contractor shall resolve such complaints by bringing the product into compliance with the applicable Missouri IT Accessibility Standards. – The contractor must address issues that are included in planned releases and hot fix releases, unless exceptions are approved by the state agency Project Managers. – The contractor must provide enhancements to the system as determined by the state agency. – Enhancements to the system may include large–scale required changes, changes made by choice to the application functionality, and enhancements that require significant additional staffing. – The contractor must provide innovations to the system, including an increased use of microservices and cloud–native technologies as determined by the state agency. – Innovations to the system may include large–scale required changes, changes made by choice to the application functionality, and innovations that require significant additional staffing. (2) The contract period will be for two years.
