(1) Vendor needs to provide applicant tracking system. • The system must streamline applicant management, enhance student engagement, and support long–term candidate tracking. • Support extended applicant lifecycles and re–engagement over multiple semesters. • Improve communication with applicants through automated notifications. • Automated Applicant Notifications: Notify students of application status changes and updates throughout the hiring process. • Customizable Application Fields and Filters: Allow creation of custom fields for requirements. • Searchable Notes Section in Applicant Profiles: Provide space for staff to record interactions, eligibility updates, and notes. • Extended Applicant Lifecycles: Applicants may remain in the pool for months and be considered for multiple roles across semesters. • Post–Submission Document Updates: Allow applicants and staff to upload revised resumes or other documents after initial submission.
