The province of Alberta is seeking a vendor to provide an enterprise applicant tracking system, including both software licensing and comprehensive implementation services. The successful vendor will supply an enterprise license for a provincial-wide applicant tracking solution that meets the needs of diverse government departments and stakeholders.

The scope of work includes furnishing a systems integrator (SI) to lead implementation, handle and manage system integrations, perform data conversion, and deliver training and documentation. Additionally, the contract will include a defined allocation of professional service hours to support ongoing needs throughout the course of the project. Vendors with experience in enterprise-level applicant tracking solutions and large-scale systems integration are encouraged to respond.
