Vendor needs to provide applicant tracking system. – Deliver a modern, user–friendly Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that enables a seamless and consistent candidate journey, supported by persona–based workflows from job posting through offer acceptance. – Provide a Systems Integrator (SI) for implementation, integrations, data conversion, training, documentation, and a bucket of professional service hours over the course of the contract. – Provide hiring managers, recruiters, and service providers with an intuitive and efficient experience that reduces administrative burden and accelerates time–to–hire. – Ensure the hiring process is compliant, equitable, and transparent across all stages. • Scalable, flexible, and secure • Supports data integrity (1 person=1 candidate record) • Supports multi–entities with role and organizational–based access to data • Responsive; Adapts well on various devices, screen sizes, and resolutions • Must support a two–way integration with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
